Checklist and reporting at a fly

This application is designed by and for performance testing agents doing on-site WELL Performance Testing.

The idea behind this app is to make sure all data and tests are taken from the test site in accordance to the WELL Performance Verification Guidebook and PTA training you have attended.
So no surprises back home.

Therefore we made the checklist in a convenient workflow.

To save time and money, the data acquired, photo’s, measurements files, lab-tests and additional information can be combined to one report. This will saves >50% of your reporting time.

All data is on the tablet and in the cloud when synced on-site. From the Basically the following functions:

• Fotography function
• UTC time stamps, so no mistakes in time zones when working offline.
• A timer for long measurements, so you can do other tests meanwhile
• Container for raw data measurement equipment
• Barcode scanner for Air and Water samples
• Chain of Custody generator
• Measurement equipment with serial numbers and calibration file

• Both on- and offline, Cloud Based.The application is based on Filemaker Database Software and using the free application Filemaker GO on the tablet. Basically it is designed for iPad. Optionally on other platforms.The data is secured and stored as long as the licence is active and beyond.
